CuzHens Market is a community for backyard farmers, small farms, and the neighbors who love their food. To keep it welcoming for everyone, please follow these rules.
Do
- Be honest about what you sell, when you can pick, and how items are grown/raised.
- Treat customers, vendors, and staff with respect.
- Respond to messages in a reasonable amount of time.
- Report listings or behavior that breaks the rules (the flag button on each farm, product, or review).
Don't
- Post illegal items, controlled substances, recreational cannabis, counterfeits, or stolen goods.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against another user on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected class.
- Post sexually explicit content, gratuitous violence, or content that exploits minors.
- Impersonate another farm, person, or organization.
- Use the chat tool to spam, phish, or solicit unrelated business.
- Scrape the site, abuse the API, or attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security.
- Post fake reviews, pay for reviews, or coordinate review brigades.
- Reuse another farm's photos without permission.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity we may:
- Remove the offending content.
- Warn the account.
- Restrict features (e.g., chat, posting).
- Suspend or terminate the account.
- Refer the matter to law enforcement when there is risk of harm.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, email [email protected] within 14 days with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 7 days.
